WHAT WE OFFER
1 Hour Class on Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Class has a combination of skill practices, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children.
There is no experience required! We will scale each workout according to your child’s current level of physical fitness.
1 Hour Class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.
Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, body weight movements, running, jumping rope to name a few.
Our Teens go thru our regular Four Personal 1:1 Intro Sessions and then join our regular classes.
