Of Kids Fitness


Kids (5-9)

  • 1 Hour Class on Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

  • Class has a combination of skill practices, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. 

  • There is no experience required! We will scale each workout according to your child’s current level of physical fitness.



Pre-Teen (10-13)

  • 1 Hour Class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

  • Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. 

  • Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, body weight movements, running, jumping rope to name a few.



Teen (14+)

  • Our Teens go thru our regular Four Personal 1:1 Intro Sessions and then join our regular classes.

  • You'll find several teens in just about every class we offer at SunDog!

  • Through a supportive and challenging environment students become confident, fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile.
